Five "tympan" are attached to my "Astrolabe". Signs that trigonometric functions are meant, and the zodiac are minced to them. However, the aim which tries to look in at a star and measures an angle is not attached. (Since knowledge was lacking when I bought it, it has noticed later.)
The master of an antique shop explained that this was the old thing made in Syria. However, I do not believe. Because, there are marks which were processed with the lathe in a brass body. And, I may be arrested if it is a real curio. It is still pleased as accessories.
